During the working trip to Japan, on October 16^th, 2025, Minister Tran Hong Minh and the Ministry of Construction delegation had working sessions with Oriental Consultants Global (OCG) and Tokyu Corporation to promote cooperation between the two sides in the fields of construction, transport infrastructure, urban planning and TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) model development.

On October 15^th, 2025, as part of the Ministry of Construction's working trip to Tokyo, Japan, Minister Trần Hồng Minh held a working session with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan (MLIT) and the ASEAN-Japan Smart Cities Association (JASCA).

On October 2, 2025, in Hanoi, under the authorization of the leadership of the Ministry of Construction, Mr. Le Trung Thanh, Director of the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Building Materials, chaired a meeting with relevant parties to prepare the content for the series of activities under the Vietnam Green Building and Green Transport Week 2025.

To implement the foreign affairs program approved by the Prime Minister, Minister of Construction Trần Hồng Minh led a Ministry of Construction delegation to Japan from October 15 to October 16, 2025. The purpose of the visit was to promote cooperation between Vietnam and Japan in the fields of urban development, water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment, and climate change adaptation in the construction sector.

On October 8^th, 2025, in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyễn Xuân Sang had a meeting with Deputy Minister of Transport and Logistics Services of Saudi Arabia, Musa bin Ahmed Al-Barqi.

On September 29, 2025, in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van met and worked with Mr. Ahsan Iqbal - Federal Minister in charge of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives, and Vice Chairman of the Planning Commission of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Vietnam Kohdayar Marri. Leaders of units under the Ministry of Construction and staff of the Pakistani Embassy in Vietnam also attended the meeting.

From September 23-26, 2025, in Montreal (Canada), Deputy Minister of Construction Le Anh Tuan and the delegation of the Ministry of Construction attended and delivered a speech at the 42nd Session of the General Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of Vietnam's accession to this organization.

At the invitation of the National Development and Reform Commission of China, the inter-sectoral working delegation led by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Danh Huy - Chairman of the Vietnam Sub-Committee attended the 1st meeting of the Vietnam - China Joint Railway Cooperation Committee in Beijing, China from September 23-24, 2025.

Apart of working program in the Russian Federation, on September 20^th, the working delegation of the Ministry of Construction led by Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha had a working session with Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU).

Minister Tran Hong Minh had a meeting and worked with Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Shandong Expressway Group (China) Wang Qifeng on September 25^th, in presence of leaders of units under the Ministry of Construction.
