At the invitation of the National Development and Reform Commission of China, the inter-sectoral working delegation led by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Danh Huy - Chairman of the Vietnam Sub-Committee attended the 1st meeting of the Vietnam - China Joint Railway Cooperation Committee in Beijing, China from September 23-24, 2025.

Apart of working program in the Russian Federation, on September 20^th, the working delegation of the Ministry of Construction led by Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha had a working session with Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU).

During the working trip to Europe, on September 16^th in Brussels (Belgium), the Ministry of Construction delegation led by Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha worked with the European Committee for Standardization (CEN).

A visiting delegation from the Ministry of Construction led by Deputy Minister Phạm Minh Hà held a meeting with the French Authority for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection (ASNR) on September 15 (local time). Vietnamese Ambassador to France Đinh Toàn Thắng and ASNR Commissioner Stéphanie Guenot-Bresson, Deputy General Director Julien Collet, International Cooperation Officer Marilyn Tombette, and leaders of several Vietnamese construction management, training, and research units attended the meeting.

On September 18^th in Moscow (Russian Federation), the Ministry of Construction delegation led by Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha had a working session with Rosstandart - the Russian Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology.

The ASEAN-China Construction Ministers' Roundtable Conference was successfully held in Guilin City, Guangxi Province, China on September 15^th, 2025. The delegation of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Tuong Van, attended and made important and highly constructive contributions to the Conference

Project Management Board 6 (Ministry of Construction) has just announced that at 8:00 a.m. on August 28th, the Vung Ang-Bung Expressway was opened, officially putting into operation connecting the entire route through the Central region. Particularly for Quang Tri province, the opening of this route helps shorten the connection time between the locality and the capital Hanoi.

At the National Achievements Exhibition commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the “Aspiration for the Sky” sub-area, with its unique experiences, offered visitors unforgettable impressions, highlighting the distinctive mark of the Ministry of Construction, including the transport sector at the exhibition. The fact that the exhibition opened exactly on the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Transport Sector (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025) further enhanced the exhibition zone’s sense of pride and significance.
