On July 2nd, 2026, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction organized a consultation workshop on the draft Circular guiding the Assessment of the resilience of urban areas to climate change. The workshop was attended by representatives from the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, various ministries, departments, localities, experts, and scientists, aiming to refine the legal framework and assessment tools for urban management and development in the new phase.
