On October 8, 2026, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Nguyen Tuong Van chaired a reception and working session with a delegation from the Higher School of Public Administration under the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), together with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. The Russian delegation was led by Ms. Julia Kozlova, Director of the Center for International Projects Development at the Higher School of Public Administration, RANEPA.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV), in coordination with the ASEAN Secretariat, organized the 54th Meeting of the ASEAN Air Transport Working Group (ATWG54). The event provided an opportunity for aviation authorities, organizations and businesses in the region to discuss cooperation directions, air connectivity and sustainable development within ASEAN.
