From May 21st to May 29th, 2026, an inter-ministerial working group led by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van, along with the participation of the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment Tran Van Khai, representatives from the Government Office, the Ministry of Justice, and specialized departments and divisions of the Ministry of Construction, visited and worked in China and the Russian Federation to study and exchange international experience on planning and architectural management, serving the purpose of amending the Architecture Law and improving the institutional framework of the Vietnamese construction industry.

Ho Chi Minh City currently has more than 7.5 million workers directly contributing to the city’s development. In recent years, to help workers feel secure in dedicating themselves to their jobs, the city authorities have been making efforts to implement housing policies, which have long been the dream and concern of many people.
