Joining the nationwide spirit of gratitude toward teachers, on the morning of November 20th, 2025, Hanoi Architectural University solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (20/11/1982 - 20/11/2025). The program aimed to honor the teaching staff, outstanding role models, and recognize the university’s remarkable achievements in training, scientific research, and innovation.

On November 4^th, at Nhon Ly beach area, Quy Nhon Dong ward, Gia Lai province, the Ministry of Construction chaired and coordinated with the People's Committee of Gia Lai province to organize the 2025 Aviation Search and Rescue Exercise (SAREX 2025). Deputy Minister of Construction Le Anh Tuan - Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Aviation Search and Rescue Exercise participated in directing the exercise.

On November 21st, 2025, in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung chaired a meeting in person and online to review progress and propose solutions to promote disbursement of the 2025 public investment capital plan. Leaders of units under the Ministry and leaders of local Departments of Construction attended the meeting.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh chaired a workshop to gather opinions on the draft Decree on administrative penalties in the construction field, on November 12th, in participation of representatives of the Government Office, the Government Inspectorate, the Ministries of Justice, Public Security, Finance, National Defense, Agriculture and Environment, Industry and Trade; representatives of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry of Construction, representatives of Corporations, Associations and relevant agencies.

On the afternoon of November 11, Minister Tran Hong Minh chaired the October meeting. Deputy Ministers, leaders of Departments, Offices, Institutes, and Project Management Boards under the Ministry attended the meeting.

On November 19^th, 2025, in the capital city of Algiers, within the framework of the official visit to the Democratic Republic of Algeria by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Vietnamese Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh represented Vietnam in signing two important cooperation documents. This event created new momentum for bilateral economic, scientific and technical relations, while promoting in-depth cooperation in construction and urban planning.

The Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction held a ceremony to award the Decision and Certificate of Product to welcome the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030 to the Party Committee of the National Institute of Architecture, the product "Design of a model of an inter-level boarding school in the mainland border communes" on November 13th.

On November 12, 2025, at the headquarters of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Xuan Sang presented the Decision on appointing a member of the Board of Members and General Director of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC) to Mr. Tran Manh Ha.

Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Minh Ha visited and congratulated the Academy of  Construction Strategy and Cadres Training on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025) on November 19th.

On November 14th, 2025, in Hanoi, the Institute of Construction Science and Technology (IBST) in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union - Ministry of Construction organized the 17th Young Cadres Science Conference. The event is held every two years, becoming a unique traditional beauty, aiming to discover, foster and encourage the spirit of innovation, promote scientific research among young cadres of IBST and units under the Ministry of Construction.
