On December 1^st, 2025, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction held a meeting of the Advisory Council to evaluate and accept the results of the implementation of the Environmental Career Task "Investigation, survey, assessment, and building greenhouse gas emission reduction in the Construction industry by 2025", implemented by EPRO Consulting Joint Stock Company. Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Construction Materials Nguyen Huu Tien - Chairman of the Council chaired the meeting.

On November 28^th, 2025 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction held a meeting of the Advisory Council to evaluate and accept the results of the implementation of the National Standards Construction Research Science and Technology Task carried out by the Institute of Construction Materials, including 5 TCVNs: Construction pellets - Technical requirements: Part 2: Calcium silicate construction pellets; Part 3: Aggregate concrete construction pellets; Part 4: Autoclaved aerated concrete construction pellets; Part 5: Artificial stone construction pellets; Part 6: Natural stone construction pellets.

On December 1^st, 2025, in Hanoi, under the assignment of the Ministry of Construction, the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Construction Materials, in coordination with the Academy of Construction Strategy and Cadres Training, organized the workshop “Training to Raise Awareness of Environmental Protection in the Construction Sector” with the participation of representatives of agencies and units under the Ministry of Construction; provincial Departments of Construction; facilities required to conduct greenhouse gas inventories in the transport and construction sectors; project management boards; manufacturing enterprises; professional associations; and specialized institutes and universities.

University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Architectural University have just signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement, opening a new phase in training and research cooperation between the two leading training institutions under the Ministry of Construction. Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha attended and delivered a speech at the signing ceremony.

From November 24-28, 2025 in London, UK, the Ministry of Construction delegation led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Xuan Sang attended the 34th General Assembly of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) (A34 Session) and worked with relevant agencies in the maritime sector.

Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Minh Ha and his delegation recently had a working visit to the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City (UAH) on November 28th, acknowledging the school's efforts to innovate in training, scientific research and meeting the requirements of life.  

On the morning of August 19th, 2025, in Gia Binh commune, Bac Ninh province, the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Gia Binh International Airport construction project. This groundbreaking is part of a series of 80 major national key projects launched to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day. The project is considered as a strategic national work and has significant international importance.

On November 28th, 2025 in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van chaired a meeting on the establishment and operation of the National Smart City Information Portal with the participation of leaders of functional units.
