Deputy Minister of Construction Le Anh Tuan attended and delivered a speech at the seminar. The event was attended by many leading transportation companies that have made significant contributions to the breakthrough in expressway investment in Vietnam.

According to the 2026 Administrative Reform Plan, the Ministry of Construction aims to ensure that 100% of administrative procedures related to businesses are carried out online, smoothly, and seamlessly, minimizing paperwork.

According to the assessment results on the National Public Service Portal, the Ministry of Construction consistently ranked first among ministries and agencies in terms of the quality of public service delivery in 2025. The satisfaction level of citizens and businesses when using public services at the Ministry is 93.3%.

On December 21^st, the Ministry of Construction is expected to announce the launch of the National Database on Construction Activities, the National Smart City Portal, and nine specialized databases.

With the approval of the Ministry of Construction, the People’s Committee of Quang Ngai Province, and in the spirit of the nationwide enthusiastic emulation to celebrate the 14^th National Party Congress, on December 16th, 2025, the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the HUD - Phu My Social Housing Project (Phase 1), part of the Phu My New Urban Area in Cam Thanh Ward and An Phu Commune, Quang Ngai Province.

On December 16^th, a working delegation from the Ministry of Construction, led by Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha, inspected the site and urged units to continue their efforts to complete the remaining construction items as well as finalize procedures to put the main route into operation on December 19th for the component projects of the Can Tho-Hau Giang section and the Hau Giang - Ca Mau section (Can Tho - Ca Mau expressway) under the North-South Expressway Eastern Section project for the 2021-2025 period.

Construction Newspaper held a book launch ceremony for "The Miracle of 3,000km of Expressways," allowing readers to look back on a challenging yet glorious journey in the investment and development of expressways in Vietnam, on December 17^th. Deputy Minister of Construction Le Anh Tuan attended and spoke at the ceremony.

On the afternoon of December 15^th, Long Thanh Airport officially welcomed the first commercial aircraft to land, operated by Vietnam Airlines. This was the first civil aviation flight to land at Long Thanh Airport, marking an important milestone in the final assessment of operational conditions and preparations for the official flight scheduled to land on December 19th.

The Party Committee of the Government held a conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Government, term 2025-2030. The Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction organized an online connection with the conference at the Party Committee of the Government's headquarters on December 10th.

On December 11th, 2025, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction held a meeting of the Advisory Council to evaluate and approve the Science and Technology Task "Research on the scientific and practical basis for building a National Architectural Database," led by the National Institute of Architecture. Mr. Le Minh Long, Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Construction Materials, chaired the meeting.
