The planning and construction solution of the National Assembly House at Lot D, Ba Dinh Political Center was adopted by The National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, XI National Assembly at its 11th session with required The National Assembly House must be the symbol building for the new development period of the country, the symbol for all Vietnamese will and expectation concentration as well as the symbol for a Vietnam loving freedom, peace and willing to cooperate with international friends. The construction plan of the National Assembly House must attach to the preservation plan of the historical relic, harmonize with the space and landscape of the area.
Approved by the Ministry of Construction the Owner of project, the Management Board of the National Assembly House and new Ba Dinh Conference Hall Project PMB would like to offer domestic and international competent design consultants who are interested in the architectural design of the National Assembly House to send the Competence Registration for the Architectural Design of the National Assembly House to:

On the basis of registration, the PMB will send invitation inviting consultants to participate into the competition.
