On November 1, 2023, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam and the Ministry of Environment of Korea signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on urban environmental infrastructure development in attendace of Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi; Korean Minister of Environment Han WhaJin; leaders of the Korean Embassy in Vietnam; leaders of units under the two ministries.

On October 23, in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Xuan Dung welcomed and worked with the delegation of the Danish Pandora Group with attendance of Danish Ambassador to Vietnam Nicolai Prytz; Program Director and Financial Controller Pandora Corporation Michael Zinck Jensen; Managing Director of Pandora Vietnam Factory Huynh Nhon with representatives of the Danish Embassy in Vietnam, representatives of Departments and Agencies under the MoC.

Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi and Algerian Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production Ali Aoun co-chaired the Vietnam-Algeria Business Forum in Hanoi on October 17^th with the participation of leaders of ministries, central branches, corporations and businesses. On the Algerian side, there were representatives of the Algerian Embassy in Vietnam, representatives of ministries and agencies under the Algerian Government, and Algerian corporations and businesses at the Forum.

Vietnamese Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi and Algerian Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production Ali Aoun co-chaired the 12th meeting of the Vietnam-Algeria Inter-Governmental Committee which opened in Hanoi on October 16.

Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi received Algerian Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production Ali Aoun on October 16th, at the MoC headquarter. There were leaders of a number of units under the two ministries at the reception. 

Vietnam Construction Newspaper represented by Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung - Editor-in-Chief continued to sign a memorandum of cooperation with Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper, with the witness of the Ministry MLIT and Japan businesses.

Within the framework of Vietnam Green Building Week 2023, the seminar "Trends in using green, energy-saving and environmental friendly materials" was held on September 28, 2023, in attendance of domestic and international managers, experts, and businesses. With the authorization of the leaders of the Ministry of Construction, Associate Professor, PhD. Le Trung Thanh - Director of the Institute of Construction Materials chaired the seminar.

Vietnam Water Supply and Sewerage Association coordinated with the Ministry of Construction to organize a seminar on the draft Law on Water Supply and Drainage on September 29th, at the International Exhibition Center of Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province. This is one of a series of activities of Vietnam Water Week 2023 held in Binh Duong, with the attendance of number of delegates from ministries and central branches; localities; domestic and foreign enterprises; experts and scientists.

A meeting of the Project Steering Committee for”Strengthening Capacity in developing state management tools for construction projects” took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Construction, on September 29th, in atttendance of Deputy Minister Bui Hong Minh; Deputy Chief Representative of JICA Office in Vietnam Takanobu Shinoda and related parties.

On the morning of September 28, Binh Duong Water - Environment Corporation coordinated with the Vietnam Water Supply and Drainage Association to organize a ceremony to open the "Vietnam Water Week 2023" at the International Exhibition Center of Binh Duong New City, in attendance of Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van.
