The package aimed to develop infrastructure of the whole project, which includes schools, hostels, and research centres in an area of 1,000 hectares in Hoa Lac, Thach That district, Hanoi.
The centre of the university complex will be surrounded by two zones - the first one comprising faculties and member colleges of the national university, while the second one will consist of hostels and research establishments.
The complex traffic system will be connected to National Highway No 21 and the Hoa Lac – Hoa Binh expressway.
The complex will be able to serve 60,000 students by 2020, and up to 100,000 students by 2050.
