On the morning of August 28th, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project located on land lots B4-1 and B4-2 within the Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area, Hai Van Ward, Da Nang City.

During the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh emphasized that social housing development has consistently received strong attention from the Party, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Prime Minister. As a result, numerous mechanisms and policies have been introduced in recent years to encourage investment and accelerate the development of social housing.
He noted that by 2030, Da Nang City must develop nearly 29,000 social housing units - a substantial requirement. In 2025 alone, the city targets the construction of approximately 2,600 units.
The groundbreaking of the ECOHOME Hoa Hiep social housing project is a significant event marking the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2nd), and also serves as an important activity in anticipation of the 23rd Da Nang City Party Congress.
Deputy Minister Sinh requested the Da Nang People’s Committee to instruct relevant departments and agencies to ensure full compliance with legal procedures for the project. He also urged the project developer to mobilize adequate resources to ensure progress and construction quality.
The project is developed by Capital House - Thu Do Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. It has a total investment of over VND 2,000 billion, covers an area of approximately 4.2 hectares, and comprises three towers with more than 1,800 social housing apartments.
ECOHOME Hoa Hiep is designed in accordance with green building standards, using environmentally friendly construction materials and featuring a modern architectural layout optimized for functionality. The development includes various amenities such as a swimming pool, kindergarten, and commercial center.
The project demonstrates the commitment of the Da Nang City Party Committee, the People’s Council, and the People’s Committee of Da Nang to promoting social housing. It contributes to fulfilling the Prime Minister’s directives and meeting housing needs for low-income residents and industrial park workers in the city.
