On 4th December, in Hanoi, the signing ceremony of MOU between the Ministry of Construction (MOC) of Viet Nam and the Housing and Land Company of Korea.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Trinh Dinh Dung stressed that cooperation between MOC and the Housing and Land Company of Korea took place in the context of cooperation between the two countries was very good. The Minister appreciated the contents of the MOU and confirmed that this was the first collaboration between MOC and the Housing and Land Company of Korea in order to demonstrate the comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
The Housing and Land Company of Korea is 100 % state-owned company with mainly activities in the field of urban development, industrial park and housing. In Korea, the company has built about 800 thousand homes for rent and many thousands of homes for sale. As part of MOU, the two sides agreed to cooperate in the field of human resource exchange, information, experience and technology sharing in urban development, housing (including social housing), organization of seminars, conferences and so on.
