On 28th November, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction awarded a certificate merit to the consultant group of JICA and to Mr. Tsuneo Kato – Team Leader by the excellent performance in participating in the technical assistance project "Capacity Building for Construction Quality Assurance" funded by the Japanese government.
At the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi congratulated JICA consultant experts in their efforts and actively complete outstanding tasks during project implementation.
The successful outcome of the project was unexpected and appreciated. The Merit of the Minister of Construction dedicated to the JICA experts and appreciated the spirit of the team responsible for working. Deputy Minister expressed that Mr. Tsuneo Kato is considered as a close friend of the Ministry of Construction. The Ministry of Construction desired that in the future, JICA experts will soon meet again in Phase 2 of the project.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Tsuneo Kato expressed his joy and thanks to the attention of the Ministry of Construction for the project members. He said that the success of this project has the big support of the Ministry of Construction as a result of close cooperation between the Government of Japan - Vietnam.
