Ha Noi – Minister Trinh Dinh Dung received and worked with Park City Corporation in Ha Noi led by its General Director, Mr. Lawrence Peh.
Mr. Lawrence Peh thanked the Minister for his warm welcome, introduced to him the Corporation new leadership, and briefly reviewed the Park City Complex Project in Ha Dong Dist., Ha Noi in terms of its progress and investment opportunity. According to Mr. Lawrence Peh, the Park City project in Ha Noi or “Houses in parks” project as it may referred, was to form a new urban area with the total area of 77 ha, in which houses would be harmonized with parks along the urban area. When being finished, the Project which intended to form green and harmonized living environment equipped senior convenient facility would provide 6,000 villas and apartments, 1 international school, 11 parks and many other buildings. In addition, it is expected to have a complex with the total area of 20 ha including a shopping mall and many retail and commercial shops.
After being restructured in Jannuary 2013, the Park City Ha Noi project has 2 main partners, which are Perdana Park City (Singapore), accounting for 59%, and Perdana Park City Sdn, accounting for 40%.
At this meeting, Minister Dung highly appreciated Park City Corp.’s activities such as building Kualalumpur Urban area in Malaysia… The Minister hoped the Park City project in Ha Dong Dist., Ha Noi would be the model of green livable and e-friendly urban area yet affordable to Hanoi citizens.
Minister Dung also noted the Park City Corp. to use as much as possible Vietnamese domestic building materials, and he, on behalf of the MOC’s leaders, promised to facilitate the Park City Corp.
