The MOC visit and give presents to invalids in Nursing Center for those who have contributed to the Revolution in Phu Tho Province

Phu Tho (July 27th, 2013) – On the occasion of 66th year of the Invalids and Maryrs’ Day (July 27th 1947 – July 27th 2013), the MOC leadership led by Minister Trinh Dinh Dung visited and gave presents to invalids in Nursing Center for those who had contributed to the Revolution in Phu Tho province.

Accompanying with Minister Dung, there were the MOC’s Chief Inspector, the Construction Newspaper’s leadership, heads of Vietnam Construction and Consultancy (VNCC), representatives from the MOC’s functional departments and agencies, head of Phu Tho Construction Department and Labour, invalids and social affairs Department…

Minister Trinh Dinh Dung nicely asked about the health state of wounded and sick soldiers who were being nursed in the Center, encouraged them and expressed his deep gratitude for their loss and sacrifice. Minister Dung also asked after their family, relatives and friends.

During the visit, Minister Dung emphasized those invalids in Phu Tho Nursing Center sacrificed their early life for the country’s independence and freedom, and they deserved to be praised and taken care of for the remaining lifetime.

Being appointed by the State, the Party, the National Assembly and the people, Minister Dung, on behalf of the MOC, promised to try his best to further develop our country, and hoped invalids to keep their essence of Uncle Ho’s soldiers to overcome difficulty and pain to devote for the whole country.

Minister Dung highly appreciated Nursing Center for their effort in taking care of those invalids. On behalf of the MOC, Minister Dung presented Phu Tho Nursing Center with 5 TVs and 20 million in cash. Heads of Phu Tho Construction Department and heads of the VNCC also sent meaningful gifts to the Center.

On behalf of invalids in Nursing Center, Chairman of Invalids Committee, Mr. Vu Dinh Tien, thanked Minister for visiting them. He considered this as a precious spritual present, and promised to keep the essence of the Uncle Ho’s soldiers to devote their strength and wisdom commensurately with the concern from the State, the Party, and in accordiance with Uncle Ho’s teaching: “Invalids disabled but not discarded”.

On behalf of the Center’s leadership, the Center Chairman sincerely thanked the MOC for their concern, and promised to complete tasks assigned by the State, the Party and the people of taking care of those who had contributed to the Revolution.
