Meet Invalids and Martyrs’ relatives on the 66th year of the Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27th 1947 – July 27th 2013)

Ha Noi (July 26th, 2013) – The MOC’s Union held a meeting with Invalids and Martyrs’ relatives on the 66th year of the Invalids and Maryrs’ Day (July 27th 1947 – July 27th 2013).

Attending the meeting, there were Minister Trinh Dinh Dung, Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Union, heads of 41 units under the MOC and their Union, Youth Union’s chairmans as well as 42 invalids, veterans and martyrs’ relatives.

At the meeting, Minister Trinh Dinh Dung expressed his infinite gratitude to the heroic martyrs, veterans and invalids who sacrificed their lives for independence and freedom of the country. It is the July 27th that the whole country commemorate the invalids, martyrs and it is also the day for Vietnamese to continue their deep-rooted tradition of remembering their source and praising for those heros falling down for their country’s independence and freedom. Minister Dung highly appreciated invalids, veterans and martyrs’ relatives for their contribution in development of the MOC in particular and the construction field in general.

On behalf of all invalids, veterans and martyrs’ relatives, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nhat – Deputy Chief Inspector of the MOC – thanked the MOC’s leadership and promised to keep the essence of a soldier, completing all assigned tasks no matter how difficult they are.
