Adjustments detailed planning Hanoi's Old Quarter

At the meeting, Leader of Hoan Kiem District People's Committee have made some recommendations to the Ministry of Construction is planned to adjust the area over 80ha of Hanoi's Old Quarter towards amending Decision 70; Hanoi's Old Quarter will certainly have be preserved but must be associated with improving the quality of life for the people; must be preserved ancient heritage: 121 Revolution cultural heritage, 793 old houses, should not set reserve level I, II and instead preserved by street, neighborhood, for architectural planning the elevation of each neighborhood should be preserved.
