Workshop on Urban Management, Construction Economics and Real Estates Management

Within the framework ofactivities to commemorate 55 yearsof training, 45 years of establishment of University of Constructionand 90 years of University of National Moscow Construction (MISI - MGSU)- Russian Federation, University of Construction of Viet Nam incoordination with MGSU held the International Workshop UrbanManagement, Construction Economics and Real Estates Management on the1st Aprial, 2011 in Hanoi.
Participants of the Workshopare the scientists from more than 10 leading universities and research institutes of the Russian Federation, the urban management, economic studies, construction, real estate business of Russia and Vietnam. The workshop is an opportunity for the two countries together related experts to discuss on urgent issues of Vietnam. On the Workshop, Russian experts have the opportunity to present and share their experiences with Vietnam partners. During the workshop, the organizers have combined exhibition of books, curriculums and introduction of MGSU business.
According to Dr. Le Van Thanh - Rector of the University of Construction: In the context of globalization and integration, the problems of modern metropolitan (megacity) is not only a problem of every nation but common concerns of many major world cities such as Hanoi, Moscow ... Therefore, this scientific Workshop has attracted much attention particularly of popular experts, managers and other partners as well as companies from Russia, Vietnam. The workshop is an opportunity to help scientists, managers and other agencies of the two countries resolve the problems of urban management, economic development and property management to further enhance quality of life and meet the expectations of urban residents.
At the University of Construction, the Workshops with local and foreign universities are regularly scientific and technological activities. This is the second time within five years, two Universities had co-organized the scientific Workshop. This year – the Second Year which MGSU enrolls the two courses on "Investment Management and Real estate Bussiness " in the University of Construction certificated by MGSU with National Standards issued by the Russian Federation.
