On March 19, 2014, the Ministry of Construction awarded a medal of Construction for Mr. Shigeru Kishida, First Secretary, the Embassy of Japan in Viet Nam on occasion completing his term as First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan and the representative of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan (MLIT) in Viet Nam.

This is the reward in recognition of Mr. Kishida for his great contribution to the construction industry in strengthening the cooperation between the two countries and promoting Japanese ODA for many aspects such as planning, urban development, water supply and sanitation, quality management of construction works in Viet Nam.
