On March 11, at the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Nguyen Tran Nam welcomed and worked with Korean Samsung Everland Inc.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister welcomed the delegation of Samsung Everland to visit and work with the Ministry of Construction and appreciated the recent works of Samsung Everland in Vietnam, especially in high-rise building and landscape design. The Ministry of Construction will create favorable conditions for Samsung Everland in development activities in Vietnam.
The Ministry of Construction hopes that Samsung Everland to take steps to invest in the housing sector and real estate market. The Ministry of Construction will set the best supports based on its functions and duties for the company and other investors doing business in Viet Nam.
On behalf of Samsung Everland, Mr Choo Sung Jin reported to Deputy Minister of its development process in Viet Nam. The company is a member of South Korean Samsung Group, was founded in 1963. Samsung Everland officially operated in Vietnam since July 2013. Nowadays, the company is looking for investment opportunities in Vietnam in the field of real estate, not just only in the construction and installation. The company hopes that the Ministry of Construction will support its activities in the future.
