Opening the Conference, Deputy Minister Nguyen Tran nam said the MOC paid much attention to apply IT in supporting production, increasing productivity, enhancing competitiveness for enterprises in integration trend in region and around the world. In managing construction investment projects, the MOC encouraged project management units, enterprises to apply IT in modernizing management process to control tightly construction progress, manage capacity of the contractors involved in the project, regularly manage work quality and investment costs.
