On June 13, 2022, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung chaired the June 2022 regular press conference, with the participation of a large number of reporters and editors from the Central and Hanoi press agencies.

The Institute of Construction Science and Technology cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Construction to organize the 16th Young Staff Science Conference on May 27^th with the presence of Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung; leaders of units under the Ministry of Construction; experts and a large number of young staffs from many units inside and outside the construction industry.

Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi had a working session with Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Algerian Community Abroad Chakib Rachid Kaid to prepare for the 12th session of the Vietnam - Algeria Intergovernmental Committee and further strengthens the cooperation relationship between two countries on May 26^th.

Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi received and worked with Mr. Park Noh Wan - Korean Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vietnam on May 24^th.

Information Center - Ministry of Construction, VIETBUILD International Construction Exhibition Organization Company, Danang Industry and Trade Promotion Centre jointly organized the International VIETBUILD Exhibition 2022 on May 18th in the central city of Da Nang. 

Within the framework of the official visit to the Laos PDR, on May 16, in Vientiane Capital, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and Laos National Assembly Chairman Saysomphone Phomvihane have attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Laos – Vietnam Friendship Park project.

The delegation of the Ministry of Construction led by Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi had a visit and worked with Laos Minister of Public Works and Transport Viengsavath Siphandone within the framework of the official visit to Laos by National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue on May 16^th.

The Ministry of Construction and the French Development Agency (AFD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on a Strategic and Technical Partnership within the framework of the implementation of the Glasgow Treaty, to help Vietnam cities build climate change resilience with the presence of Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Ambassador of the Republic of France to Vietnam Nicolas Warnery and AFD Vietnam Country Director Herve Conan on May 12^th.

Vietnam Institute for Building Materials (VIBM, under the Ministry of Construction) and Thyssenkrupp co., ltd. (Federal Republic of Germany) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in scientific research and practical application in cement production on May 11^th in presence of Mr. Le Trung Thanh – President of VIBM, Mr. Lukas Schoeneck - General Director of Thyssenkrupp, leaders of units under the Ministry of Construction.
