On April 28, 2014 at the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh had a working section with Senior Deputy Minister of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) of Japan and its delegation lead by Mr. Kotaro Nogami. Attending the meeting were heads of related departments within the Ministry of Construction.

On behalf of MLIT, Mr. Kotaro Nogami expressed his thanks Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh for her welcome and meeting with MLIT delegation. During the meeting, Mr. Kotaro Nogami and Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh reviewed and summarized the main activities reflecting the extensive cooperation between MLIT and the Ministry of Construction in the past years.
On behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh also expressed her gratefulness to MLIT for the effective and practical support of Ministry of Construction in capacity building training course for 12 officials in 2013. She also expressed the wish this activity will be continued to support the training of human resource for Ministry of Construction. Mr. Kotaro Nogami also hoped that the cooperation between the Ministry of Construction and MLIT will be more extended and effective in many areas in the near future.
