An agreement to this effect is scheduled to be signed in mid-May and come into effect in August, 2011.
The agreement is part of the WB’s assistance to finance a project on improving environmental hygiene in the coastal cities of Việt Nam.
So far, the WB has provided US $72 million for the project./.
