From March 16 -18, a delegation of 10 French companies specializing in aviation infrastructure is travelling to Vietnam to explore the domestic aviation market.

This is an opportunity for French companies (including ADPi, APAVE, Bouygues, DEXTRA, EGIS-Avia, GATE, HGH, Thales, Vinci Construction, WFS) to learn more about the potential for upgrading, renovating and building new airports in Vietnam.

The visit offers a lucrative chance for both sides, with the foreign companies being able to provide hands on experience, from counselling and design, building and operating airports, to ground equipments, advanced security technology and air traffic management.

Currently, the Government of Vietnam has issued a decision to give priority to developing the aviation infrastructure till 2020. So professional and experienced French companies are expected to tightening the partnerships with Vietnamese relevant agencies.

The visit is welcomed by the Vietnam Civil Aviation Department as well as representatives from Northern, Central and Southern Aviation Corporations. It is being hosted by UBIFRANCE - a French Embassy's commercial agent.
