According to the report on summary of the construction industry in 2010 presented by the Deputy Minister of Construction Cao Lai Quang at the conference, under the direction and administration of the Government and the Prime Minister, the construction industry has basically completed the tasks set for 2010: continued improvement of the normative law to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the state management in the areas of industry and boosting production business - the production value of the business enterprise sector in 2010 increased 18.7% over 2009, exceeding 5% over the planned targets, contributing to the country to successfully implement the broad objectives set by the Government.
