PM Nguyen Tan Dung has approved a master development plan for central highlands Da Lat City and neighboring areas to 2030, with a vision towards 2050.
The plan aims to develop the city into a modern and international-standard urban area.
Currently, the city has a population of 529,631. It expects to increase the number to around 700,000-750,000 by 2030, including 450,000-500,000 living in urban areas.
The number of tourists to the city is expected to reach 9-10 million.
