National Assembly passed revised Construction Law

The Construction Law (revised) submitted to the National Assembly for consideration at the 6th session and continued at the 7th session. After completion, the draft Construction Law (revised) had been passed by the National Assembly on June 18.
The draft law included 10 chapters, 168 articles had been formed based on the actual summative assessment of implementation of the existing Construction Law and the practical requirements set out in the management of construction activities; overcome the shortcomings in the current law, which amended and supplemented to meet the development requirement.
