Ha Noi (May 20th, 2013) – Mr. Tsuno Motonori, Chief representtive of JICA Vietnam, had a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Construction before ending his term in Vietnam and was warmly welcomed by Minister Trinh Dinh Dung, accompanied by heads of the MOC’s functional deapatments and agencies.

Minister Dung highly appreciated JICA in general and Mr. Tsuno Motonori in particular for their support for Vietnam and the MOC during his term from October 2008 until now which was expressed through many cooperation projects in urban management, urban infrastructure, building quality management ability…
Minister Dung hoped that Mr. Tsuno Motonori, with his fame, experience and love for Vietnam, would continue to specify strategic cooperation between Vietnam and Japan in the future to celebrate the 40th ceremony of establishing the two countries’diplomatic relationship.

Mr. Tsuno Motonori thanked the MOC for supporting him to complete his term in Vietnam. He promised to foster long lasting relationship between Kobe (Japan) and the MOC when he would take his new task in Kobe.
