On June 30, the Ministry of Construction held a seminar discussing withthe Hanoi Department of Construction and consultative from experts onthe draft Decree on management of urban development projects.
The draft Decree on management of urban development projects including six chapters and 39 article will replace Decree 02 in order to meet the requirements of urban development today.
