Addressing the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tran Nam affirmed the pivotal role of the building industry in the national economy. He said the industry has received great attention from many ministries and sectors as well as a large amount of investment from both domestic and foreign investors.
Mr Nam underlined the huge, increasing demand for construction, saying many large-scale construction projects, including those for making roads and wharves, will begin nationwide in the next few years.
