The VNREA EXPO 2015, the first large-scale real estate fair held in Vietnam, opened in Hanoi on July 31.
The show, highly anticipated by realty businessmen and investors, features 100 stalls from local enterprises and trading floors, including Viglacera Corporation, the Housing and Urban Development Company (HUD), the Hanoi Construction Corporation (HANCORP) and the Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation (HANDICO).
Various segments of properties from social housing to commercial houses are showcased at the fair, offering potential buyers a great opportunity to directly examine projects they are interested in.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Head of the Vietnam Real-Estate Association (VNREA) Nguyen Tran Nam said support for forming business links and free consultations with managers from public agencies and attorneys are highlights of the event.
The VNREA EXPO 2015 will stimulate the domestic market through promotion and networking opportunities for local firms, noted Nam.
The exposition will run through August 2.
