The Manor urban area, the first high-class urban area in Lao Cai province, was inaugurated by Bitexco on July 8 following three years of construction.

The Manor Lao Cai is located at Tran Hung Dao Street, in the centre of Lao Cai city,approximately 1km from the Lao Cai border gate and the Lao Cai’s administrative and commercial centre.
The high-class urban area was funded by Bitexco and designed by S.A.I Associates from the Republic of Korea (RoK) and includes 441 villas and shops, along with a service building called The Manor Palace, meeting the demand for housing, office, and trading.
The urban area also includes various facilities such as a sports centre, supermarkets, restaurants, swimming pools, a park, a square and a fountain, among others.The urban area is among eight construction works undertaken to celebrate the 110th anniversary of Lao Cai province.On the same day, Bitexco commenced the construction of the 21-storey Manor Tower which will include supermarkets, commercial areas, convention centres, cinemas, hotels and apartments, among others. The tower is scheduled for completion in late 2018.The Manor Lao Cai urban area and The Manor Tower have a total investment figure of nearly VND3 trillion (US$132 million), of which The Manor Tower costs around VND1.4 trillion (US$61.6 million).
