Land Transparency study synthesis report

The Land Transparency study was produced as part of the Vietnam Transparency Project (VTP), an effort to systematically measure transparency, provide actionable advice on how to improve transparency, and analyze the causes and effects of transparency in Vietnam.The VTP is supported by UK-Aid through the Vietnam Governance, Economic Management and Social Protection Programme Trust Fund, and by the World Bank. The VTP’s activities are guided by an Advisory Board comprised of opinion leaders serving in their personal capacities: Mr. Nguyen Duc Kien (Former Deputy Chairman of National Assembly), Mr. Nguyen Dinh Quyen (Vice Chairman, NA Committee on Judiciary), Mme. Pham Chi Lan (Former Deputy Chairwoman and Secretary General of VCCI), Mr. Le Van Lan (Deputy Head, Northwestern Region Steering Committee of the VCP), Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thoa (Director of Department of Criminal and Administrative Laws, Ministry of Justice), Prof. Pham Duy Nghia (Dean of Law Faculty, HCMC Economics University/ Fulbright Economics Teaching Program), Mr. Tran Ngoc Chau (Editor-in-Chief, Financial Business News Channel), and Ms. Nguyen Minh Tam (Head of News Division, Labor Newspaper). The VTP is also supported by a Secretariat, housed in CDF and led by Thuy Anh Nguyen.
