On the afternoon of November 14th, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh visited and congratulated the 80th Anniversary Exhibition of the University of Transport (November 15th, 1945 - November 15th, 2025) with the theme: "Convergence - Creativity and Development". The Minister asked the University of Transport to promote human resource training to serve high-speed railway and urban railway projects.

On November 7th, 2025, in Hanoi, the Central Steering Committee for the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene held a conference to review the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene (OSH) in 2025 and deploy the plan for 2026. The conference aimed to comprehensively evaluate the results achieved, draw lessons from existing problems, and unify the directions and tasks for the coming period.

On November 14th, 2025, Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Minh Ha - Head of the Ministry of Construction's working delegation inspected the implementation of the Cao Lanh - Lo Te route upgrading investment project in Dong Thap province and Can Tho city (Cao Lanh - Lo Te project), and the Lo Te - Rach Soi road surface upgrading investment project in Can Tho city and Kien Giang province (Lo Te - Rach Soi project). On November 15th, 2025, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi), the Institute of Building Science and Technology (IBST, under the Ministry of Construction) in collaboration with Life Design Kabaya Company (Japan) organized the Workshop "Japanese timber buildings structure, standards and applications in Vietnam".

On November 10th, 2025, the workshop “From Dock to Runway” took place in Hanoi, with the participation of Deputy Minister of Construction of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Sang, Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Netherlands Aukje de Vries, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands to Vietnam Kees van Baar. The workshop was held during the visit of the Netherlands Trade Delegation to Vietnam, marking the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Strategic Partnership on Climate Change Adaptation and Water Management, as well as the 11th anniversary of the Strategic Partnership on Agriculture and Food Security between the two countries.

The opening ceremony of the International Exhibition and Conference on Modern Railway Technology and Infrastructure Construction Supply Chain in Vietnam (VRT&CONS 2025) took place at the Vietnam Exhibition Center on November 12th.
