In cement field, it is recommend to invest in a new cement clinker factory with a capacity of 5000 tons/ days or more, attaching to raw materials areas, meeting full range of technology and environment indicators. Existing cement plants with outdated technology, equipment, low capacity, high consumption of raw materials, fuels and energy were encouraged to invest in new technology aiming to improve productivity and product quality, energy saving and environmental protection.
