The letter cordially invited Minister Pham Hong Ha to visit Cuba in the upcoming Vietnam – Cuba Intergovernmental Committee Meeting.

Minister Pham Hong Ha thanked Ambassador Lianys Torres Rivera and asked the Ambassador to convey the greetings to the Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba.
