Deputy Minister of Construction Phan Thi My Linh works with leaders of Nikken Sekkei Civil Engineering Ltd and Miyamoto Kogyosho Company

Hanoi (March 10th, 2016), Mrs Phan Thi My Linh, Deputy Minister of Construction, had a work session with Mr Hideki Asami - CEO of Nikken Sekkei Civil Engineering Ltd and Mr Yoshiki Miyamoto - General Director of Miyamoto Kogyosho on building urban underground projects, planning the cemetery, applying suitably and environmental friendly crematorium technology in Vietnam.

At the work session, Mr Yoshiki Miyamoto said Miyamoto Kogyosho Company is operating crematorium and industrial furnaces in Japan and has been supplying various types of modern crematorium for Japan and many countries in the world.

Mr Yoshiki Miyamoto desired to widely apply the advanced crematorium technology in Vietnam, in parallel with transfer Japaness’s operating skills and crematorium technology for Vietnamese.

Highly appreciated the Miyamoto Kogyosho company’s advanced technology, Mrs Linh said: “MOC has appointed Agency of Technical Infrastructure (ATI – MOC) to conduct Research and Develop Technical Infrastructure Center (under ATI) in collaboration with Miyamoto Kogyosho Company to implement the pilot project in Vietnam.

In addition, leader of Nikken Sekkei Civil Engineering Ltd introduced cemetery park model which had been done by collaboration between Nikken Sekkei and Miyamoto Kogyosho company. The model was build right in urban areas, while ensuring environmental hygiene and saving land.

Highly evaluated the Nikken Sekkei capacity in planning urban projects and designing underground works, Mrs Linh ordered the company to further accelerate the construction progress of underground projects in Vietnam, as well as enhance the cooperation with Vietnam in the fields of planning, building, and developing agricultural villages in urban areas.
