The Party Committee of the Government held a conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Government, term 2025-2030. The Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction organized an online connection with the conference at the Party Committee of the Government's headquarters on December 10th.
Comrade Nguyễn Văn Sinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Construction; members of the Executive Committee of the Ministry’s Party Committee; members of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee; and representatives of party committees and leaders at the subordinate party committees and organizations under the Ministry’s Party Committee… attended the conference at the main venue of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction (at the Ministry’s headquarters, 80 Tran Hung Đao Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi).

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Member of the Political Bureau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government, and Standing Deputy Prime Minister, emphasized that the conference to disseminate the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Government, term 2025-2030, is an important conference to implement the plan of the Political Bureau and the regulations of the Party. The conference aims to unify the will and actions for implementation.
Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government, stated that the conference focused on disseminating three major documents: the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Government, term 2025-2030; the directive speech of General Secretary To Lam at the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Government; and the Action Program of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Government to implement the Resolution of the First Congress of the Party Committee of the Government, term 2025-2030.
Based on that, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government suggested that Party committees continue to thoroughly disseminate these documents to each cadre and Party member, turning them into concrete plans with specific responsibilities assigned. With their assigned functions and political tasks, the party committees should concretize these documents and incorporate them into their programs and action plans for implementation.”
The conference was held via online connection to various locations.
At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee and Standing Deputy Prime Minister, disseminated and implemented the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030; and the directive speech of Comrade General Secretary To Lam at the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Comrade Nguyen Chi Dung, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Member of the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee, and Deputy Prime Minister, also disseminated the Action Program of the Government Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
In his closing remarks, Comrade Nguyen Duc Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee, stated that the conference had completed all the planned content and program. He also emphasized that the conference results serve as an important basis for party committees, party organizations, and units within the Government Party Committee to develop concrete and practical plans and action programs, in order to promptly implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term in the activities of their units and enterprises.
