A communication cooperation signing ceremony between the Ministry of Construction and Nhan Dan Newspaper for the period 2022 – 2026 took place in Hanoi on June 14th.
The Ministry of Construction and the Nhan Dan Newspaper signed a communication cooperation agreement for the period of 2022 – 2026
Accordingly, the signing of a communication cooperation agreement between the two agencies aimed to strengthen the closer, comprehensive and more effective coordination between the Ministry of Construction and Nhan Dan Newspaper in timely and accurately dissemination and propaganda guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State, the administration of the Government in the fields related to the construction industry; activities of the Ministry of Construction in the implementation of political, socio-economic objectives and tasks, improvement the role of State management in the field of construction investment.
The signing of a communication cooperation agreement between the two agencies aims to strengthen the closer, comprehensive and more effective coordination between the Ministry of Construction and Nhan Dan Newspaper.
The implementation of the coordination program between the two agencies is carried out on the basis of mutual assistance, information exchange, and work settlement on the principles of equality, efficiency, and compliance with the law to ensure the promotion of roles, responsibilities, independence and objectivity of each agency and synchronous coordination between units and enterprises under the Ministry of Construction and units and publications under Nhan Dan Newspaper.
The two sides agreed to implement the commitments related to each side's strengths; coordinate in content development, and produce programs to propagate specific contents such as: breakthrough results in building and perfecting institutions; administrative reform; improvement the business investment environment; building e-Government, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi congratulated Nhan Dan Newspaper on Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day. Over the past time, Nhan Dan Newspaper has supported the Ministry of Construction in disseminating information quickly, effectively, and accurately on state management tasks on investment in housing construction, real estate, and construction materials. The content of the draft signing includes 6 very specific coordination contents, the tasks of both sides are clear.

In addition, the Ministry of Construction will pay attention to the contents reflected by Nhan Dan Newspaper, as well as create conditions for reporters, staff and editors of Nhan Dan Newspaper to access information quickly.

According to the cooperation agreement, the Ministry of Construction will actively provide information to Nhan Dan Newspaper about programs, plans, legal documents, documents related to the construction field, direction and administration of the leaders of the Ministry and activities of the Ministry of Construction; create favorable conditions for reporters of Nhan Dan Newspaper to access information quickly. Directing agencies, units and enterprises under the Ministry of Construction coordinate with functional units of Nhan Dan Newspaper to implement this plan. Create conditions for Nhan Dan Newspaper participates in propaganda projects, national key programs chaired by the Ministry of Construction.
Nhan Dan Newspaper will direct the units, publications and reporters to regularly update and provide complete, accurate and comprehensive information on mechanisms, policies and laws in the field of construction; direction, administration and activities of the Ministry of Construction on publications of Nhan Dan Newspaper.
