Memorandum of Understanding Signing ceremony between Consultant and Inspection Join Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO,JSC) and DINVAI Vietnam Company Limited took place on November 30th at the Ministry of Construction headquarter, with the presence of Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to Vietnam Lianys Torres Rivera, Board of Directors of CONINCO,JSC and Board of Directors of DINVAI Vietnam Limited.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Pham Hong Ha expressed his joy when he witnessed the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between CONINCO Corporation and DINVAI Vietnam Company Limited.
CONINCO Corporation is the leading brand in Vietnam in the field of construction consulting. Over the past years, CONICO has a medium-term and long-term development strategy suitable to Vietnam's conditions and international integration. DINVAI Vietnam Limited is a Cuban enterprise that has built up a reputation in Vietnam.
Ambassador Lianys Torres Rivera also emphasized the meaning of the Memorandum of Understanding Signing and said: “this is one of the important activities to contribute to the realization of the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding signed at the 37th Session of the Intergovernmental Committee of Vietnam and Cuba”.

Minister Pham Hong Ha and Ambassador Lianys Torres Rivera believed that the two enterprises with their potentials, abilities and development strategies would continue to expand their cooperation in the coming time. The signing ceremony also was the basis for DINVAI Vietnam Limited to expand cooperation with Vietnamese construction enterprises.
