Minister Pham Hong Ha awarded the Medal for the Cause of the Construction industry to Ms. Lyanys Torres Rivera – Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the republic of Cuba in Vietnam
During her three year term as Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the republic of Cuba in Vietnam, Ms Lyanys Torres Rivera has made many positive contributions in promoting and developing the traditional cooperation relationship between Cuba and Vietnam in all fields – politics, diplomacy, economics and trade especially in the fields of economic, scientific and technical within Intergovernmental Committee (UBLCP) Vietnam - Cuba.
Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha awarded the Medal to Ms. Lyanys Torres Rivera aiming to recognize her contributions to Vietnam construction industry and further develop the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Cuba.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Pham Hong Ha highly appreciated Ms.Lyanis Torres Rivera's active contributions in coordination to prepare and successful organize the Intergovernmental Committee (UBLCP) Vietnam – Cuba and propose necessary solutions for partners of two sides in implementing the commitments at the meetings.
