Ministry of Construction held an Awarding ceremony Medal for the Cause of Vietnam Construction industry to Dr. Jasper Abramowski – Country director, GIZ in Vietnam on August 18th.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Nguyen Tuong Van highly appreciated the important contributions of Dr. Jasper Abramowski for the development of Vietnam Construction industry.
According to Deputy Minister Nguyen Tuong Van, Dr Jasper Abramowski – Country Director, GIZ in Vietnam has promoted the implementation of many important projects in the field of state management of the construction industry, especially in the fields of drainage, wastewater treatment, disaster prevention, and sustainable urban development; strengthened the cooperation between Vietnam MoC and other ministries, agencies and organizations under the German Government.

Dr. Jasper Abramowski expressed his joy to receive the Medal for the Cause of Construction - the highest award of the construction industry in Vietnam, and thanked leaders of the MoC and units under the MoC for coordinating and creating favorable conditions for him to best fulfill his duties during his term in Vietnam.
Dr Jasper Abramowski said that, regardless of working position, he would try to further promote the cooperation between the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam and other ministries, agencies and organizations of the German Government.
