Signing a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in regional, urban planning and smart urban development

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Urban & Construction Economic Research Institute (under the Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Association) and Spatial Decisions Company (India) on cooperation in regional, urban planning and smart urban development took place on October 16th in Hanoi.
Leaders of the Urban & Construction Economics Research Institute and Spacical Decisions Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
According to the content of the Memorandum of Understanding, the two sides will cooperate to attract investment in developing smart urban technical infrastructure associated with preserving and promoting the value of national and international architectural, cultural and historical heritage recognized by competent authorities; cooperation in regional and urban planning; building programs, strategies and plans for socio-economic development and urbanization towards green and smart growth.
The Urban & Construction Economic Research Institute and Spatial Decisions Company will meet periodically or at least half a year to check the joint implementation of activities, projects and temporary planning. In the regular meetings, the overall and specific activities will be reviewed and evaluated by the two sides, and at the same time determine the work plan in the next stage.
