At the signing ceremony, Mr Le Quang Hung warmly welcomed the South Korea’s missions led by MOLIT Director General of Social Housing Agency – Mr Ha Dong Soo, and expressed pleasure over the close relations between Vietnam and South Korea, especially after signing the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) in May 2015, which was a significant legal basis for strengthening bilateral trade cooperation, contributing to further develop the comprehensive partnership of strategic cooperation between Vietnam and South Korea.

According to Mr Hung, the MOU signing on cooperation in the field of housing and real estate market was a significant event, which would to enhance and expand the cooperation between two ministries in the field of housing development in Vietnam, contributing to construction field in particular and social – economic development of Vietnam in general.
In the session, Mr Ha Dong Soo informed that, South Korea has many years experiences in building policy mechanism, developing urban areas and social housing, renovating the old houses, that would be useful ones to share with Vietnam.
Mr Ha Dong Soo believed that, the cooperation between two ministries in the field of housing and real estate market would be strengthened.
