Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung receives Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam Lianys Torres Rivera

At the meeting, Ambassador Lianys Torres Rivera thanked Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung and leaders of the Ministry of Construction for creating favorable conditions for Cuban enterprises operating in the field of construction in Vietnam in recent years.

Ambassador Lianys Torres Rivera highly appreciated the contributions of Vietnamese enterprises in general, Vietnamese construction enterprises in particular in Cuba over the years, and said in the first half of 2020, Cuba would host the international construction exhibition - one of the important events of the Cuban construction industry and would like to invite leaders of the MoC as the guest of honor of this event.

Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung thanked the Cuban Ambassador’s invitation and said he would report to the Minister of Construction.

Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung also informed the Ambassador about outcomes of the meeting with Dinvai Company (under the Cuban Ministry of Construction) on a number of cooperation programs in Vietnam, and said the MoC were actively coordinating with agencies of Vietnam to implement cooperation programs with Cuba according to the Memorandum of Understanding signed by two sides.
