Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung had a meeting and working with Ambassador of Republic of Italia in Vietnam – Mr.Antonio Alessandro on issues of construction, architecture and urban development on November, 6th.

Ambassador Antonio Alessandro said that, in recent years, the Government of Vietnam and Italia had continuously promoted cooperation in many fields, including construction, architecture and urban.
In Italy, architecture is a part of art and culture, legacy left for future generations. Italian organizations and businesses establish cooperation with Vietnam to transfer knowledge and experience, and also learn about Vietnamese history, culture and people including architecture - culture.
Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung gave an overview of the state management fields of the MoC and said: “At the moment, the total capital in the construction field of Vietnam is about 70 billion USD, among that 60% for planning, architecture and urban construction field. In Vietnam, architecture is technical, artistic and cultural, so Vietnam is an ideal place for architects and designers to show their talents and creativity”.

Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung emphasized that: “The Ministry of Construction always welcomes international partners, including Italian organizations and businesses to establish cooperation and investment in Vietnam and desires Ambassador Antonion Alessandro and the Italian Embassy will further promote cooperation between the Vietnam MoC with Italian Government agencies, organizations and Italian businesses in the future”.
