Morning June 18, 2015 at the Offices of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister of Construction Mrs. Phan Thi My Linh - chairman of the National Evaluation Council enhance urban - has chaired the Conference evaluation Project proposed recognize Chi Linh town, Hai Duong Province is urban grade III.

Attending the conference were members of the Evaluation Council, representatives of ministries and central agencies, associations, professional associations. Local government representatives have Mr. Nguyen Anh Cuong - Deputy Chairman of the provincial People's Committee of Hai Duong; Nguyen Hong Son - Secretary of Party Committee of Chi Linh town, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoa - Chairman of People's Committee of Chi Linh town, with representatives of the departments and branches of Hai Duong province and the Chi Linh town attending the Conference.

Speaking at the conference, Minister Trinh Dinh Dung praised the of Hai Duong province and Chi Ling town in the last 5 years in making Chi Ling town developed very powerful, important contributions to the joint development of Hai Duong province and the country.

At the conference, the members of the Evaluation Council commented, contribute some ideas to the project, and agreed to recommend the Chi Linh town recognized as urban grade III.
Speaking conclude the conference, Deputy Minister Mrs. Phan Thi My Linh concurred with the comments of the members of the Evaluation Council, praised the development of the Chi Linh town in last 05 years as well as the investment program for development of Chi Linh town in next time to be stated in the project.
