Working with the Central Inspection Commission’s Monitoring Unit, there were Minister Trinh Dinh Dung, Deputy Ministers Bui Pham Khanh, Phan Thi My Linh and Le Quang Hung, heads of the MOC’s functional agencies and departments, and leaders of corporations under the direct management of the MOC.
At the working session, Mrs. Pham Thi Hoe said the monitoring report was based on the self-report, self-assessment of the MOC’s Party Commission.
The Monitoring Unit’s report on the leadership and guidance of the MOC’s Party Commission stated that: The MOC’s Party Commission worked well with Central Units, the Government, the National Assembly, other Ministries and local provinces to successfully complete tasks assigned by the State and the Party. The MOC’s Party Commission as a whole stuck to the principle of democratic centralism, solidarity; seriously implemented and completed their tasks; formed and issued their working procedures in accordiance with the Party regulations. The MOC’s Party Commission closely followed the State and Party’s intentions and policies; had many innovations in completing their political tasks.
Apart from achievements, the report also pointed out some limitations in the leadership and guidance of the MOC’s Party Commission. Members of the MOC’s Party Commission gave their opinions to adjust and modify the report’s content to make it suitable to the Construction real situation.
Speaking at the working session, Minister Trinh Dinh Dung totally agreed with the report, thanked the Monitoring Unit for their constructive comments on the MOC’s situation, limitations and must-have solutions in coming time. Minister Dung suggested members of the MOC’s Party Commission to co-work with the Monitoring Unit of the Central Inspection Commission on the report amendment.
