According to the master plan on construction of Hanoi National University approval by the Prime Minister, the project of student dormitory is composed of five zones built on land with an area of 88, 8 ha, the total floor area of 494.270m2 expected to meet the housing needs for nearly 43,000 students. Phase 1 will invest in building 108 739 m2. dormitory No. 4 consists of 4 buildings D2, D3, D4, D5 and infrastructure scale to serve more than 2,000 students.
