November 17, 2014, at the Ministry of Construction, Vice Minister Bui Pham Khanh had a meeting and working with the delegation of JICA by Mr. Yoshihiro Kakishita, head of the survey team detailed planning survey of JICA as chief. Kakishita, this is the kick-off meeting concerning the project Capacity building cost estimating, contract management, quality management and safety of the construction project by JICA support. The project is expected to start implementation in 2015, 03-year implementation period.
Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh desire: long-term goal of the project - to improve the regulations on management works according to international standards - will be carried out successfully, and in accordance with the Vietnam Construction Law 2014.
At the meeting, Mr. Yoshihiro Kakishita expressed the hope that the business trip in this time, with the close guidance of the leadership of the Ministry of Construction and the active cooperation of the departments concerned, the two sides will reach consensus on the organization and structure of the project, go to the signing of the minutes of union meetings during work in Vietnam.
